Request data deletion
Use this form to ask Basis to erase personal data we hold about you. Requests are reviewed under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and sent to [email protected].
How it works
- Submit the form with the email associated with your account or prior contact with Basis.
- We confirm receipt and may ask you to verify your identity before acting on the request.
- Where required or permitted by law, we erase or anonymise the relevant personal data and confirm when complete.
Some records may be retained where we have a legal obligation or legitimate need (for example billing, security logs, or dispute resolution). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
